Reliability Engineer provide Design for Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability guidance to the new product introduction teams.
Tasks include:
- Development of Failure Modes Effects Analysis
- Calculating reliability predictions/ modelling;
- Develop probabilistic models for cost, reliability, logistics, etc
- Creating lifecycle support strategies and support mechanisms for new products;
- Ensuring supportability requirements and concerns are addressed prior to launch;
- Collaborating with customers to identify opportunities for improved strategies;
Candidates must have experience with:
- Development of Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Calculating Reliability predictions/Reliability modelling
- Proven Design for Reliability experience.
- Able to support failure analysis and field reliability issues.
Requirements:
- BSEE or related engineering degree required
- 5 years of related experience required
